IPD

We are one of the most important departments in the hospital, as we are engaged in all monitory transactions related to In-Patient Department Services. This department is maintaining all the records related to the charity. Most of the patients are poor and coming from the rural and slum areas to get treatment. This department is handling services like giving discounts and maintaining dues of these patients.

This department is generating and reflecting some vital census related to hospital.

Hospital gets mostly visited by poor people from rural background. IPD department is mainly responsible for handling the financial aspect of the all admitted patients. Poor patients are entitled for charity scheme, under which discount is given to the patient which is catered by IPD department.

Insurance desk is also a part of IPD department, which is responsible from feeling of preauthorization form to final approval of the insured patient. Separate registration desk is available for the convenience of the patients who visit the Casualty. This desk is operated 24X7 and serves the pathology and radiology registration desk from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

IPD department has 24X7 dedicated doctors looking after all patients. The doctors team also handles reimbursement, insurance and billing related queries of the admitted patient. Counseling of the patient is the backbone of the IPD department and team of IPD doctors are main pillars of it. We, aim to serve the patient with compassion and empathy.
